Michelle has more than six years of experience teaching and supporting adult learners at Doña Ana Community College. Having worked with learners at every stage of their educational journey, she understands the challenges many adults face while balancing school, work, family, and other responsibilities. She is committed to creating supportive, flexible, and meaningful learning experiences that help adults recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and continue moving toward their goals. She currently serves as the Integrated Education and Training (IET) Coordinator, developing programs that connect education, workforce preparation, and career training while helping learners build confidence, experience success, and persist in their education.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with animals.
